Welcome to Wujibaba. By using our website, listing pages or account dashboards, you agree to the following marketplace rules.
1. User Account Responsibilities
Users must provide genuine information when signing up. Sellers are fully responsible for owning what they list and for describing its condition, price and details accurately.
2. What You Can and Can't Sell
You can list almost anything that is legal to sell in Ghana: clothing, electronics, furniture, vehicles and parts, beauty products, food, services and more. The following are not allowed:
- iPhones, including iPhone parts and accessories sold as iPhone items.
- Game consoles such as PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Steam Deck and other handheld or home consoles, and their bundles and accessories.
- Stolen goods, counterfeits and items you don't have the right to sell.
- Weapons, drugs, prescription medicines, and anything else illegal or regulated in Ghana.
- Adult content, live wild animals, and human remains or body parts.
Listings that mention iPhones or game consoles are blocked automatically when you post them. Anything that gets through is removed by our moderators, and repeat attempts can lead to account suspension.
3. In-Person Handoff Safety Disclaimer
Wujibaba is a directory that connects buyers and sellers. We do not take part in, insure or process transactions between users, and users are responsible for their own meet-ups. We strongly advise meeting only in busy, public, well-lit places and checking the item before paying.
4. Listing Moderation & Admin Control
The Wujibaba team may reject, hold, edit or delete any listing that breaks these rules or our community standards, without prior notice.
