Questions people ask
Should I pay a mason per day or per job?
Both are common. A fixed price for the whole job makes budgeting easier; day rates suit small or unclear jobs. Either way, agree it before work starts and pay in stages.
Do I need building drawings?
For a new building, yes, and you will need a permit from your district assembly. For small jobs like a fence wall repair, clear measurements are usually enough.
Chat on WhatsApp first, agree the price and what it includes before work starts, and pay the balance only when you're happy with the job. Read how to avoid scams.
